Policies
Reservations:
The rates are based on two-person occupancy.
Full payment is due at time of booking.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Master Card.
Rates are subject to state and city taxes.
A two-night minimum will occur on Festival and Special Event weekends.
You will receive a confirmation from Bingham Hall via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us.
Refunds and Cancellations:
A full refund if you cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you should cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival and if we can rebook your room, you will receive a gift certificate for a future stay.
During our Festival and Special Event, weekends there are no refunds given if you should cancel within 14 days of your arrival date.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates:
If you are making an online reservation with a gift certificate you will have to provide your credit card to reserve a room. In the “Special Requirements” slot, please type in the numbers on the gift certificate and the amount.
Pets:
We have two resident dogs, Sam and Rumzi.
We cannot accommodate pets in the rooms but we do have a wonderful Kennel 15 blocks away we can refer you to.
No Smoking, No Candle Burning:
For the safety of my family and the guests staying at Bingham Hall, we have a no open-flame policy. However, please feel free to use your electronic cigarette or battery-operated candles.
Check in:
4-6 P.M. Late arrivals are not a problem; just let us know when you will be arriving.
